Social Saver Terms of Service

Welcome to Social Saver! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Social Saver desktop application ("App") and the https://socialsaver.site website ("Website"), both provided by Vishal Kaleria ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App or Website.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP OR WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU USE THE APP AND WEBSITE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP OR WEBSITE EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS ($0.00 USD), AS THE APP IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and you must destroy all copies of the App in your possession.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Website (https://socialsaver.site/terms) and update the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the App or Website after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vishal Kaleria resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
